Anyway, after I finished my to-do list I worked on this simple DIY which was easy and on trend. Have you been to GAP recently? Everything is either color-block or neon. These trends, especially neon colors, I think are going to be short-lived, so rather than buying, DIY!
As I was unpacking and organizing my jewelry I came across these silver earrings from H&M. Cute, yet boring. They must have been sitting at the bottom of my jewelry box for a couple of years.
Remember the painted chain necklace DIY from last month? Same idea. I found neon orange nail polish in my collection that I've never worn and decided that would be the perfect color.
Just use painters tape across the middle of each earring and use the nail polish to paint the bottom half.
Easy, cheap and trendy! Perfect to make any simple outfit a bit edgier.
How was your weekend?
Also! I have 199 followers right now. I'm thinking that once I reach 200 a giveaway is in order!

Cute! I've been toying with the idea of spray-painting my lamp base neon pink! It's so ugly as it is (it was left here by my former room inhabitant), and I can always re-spray paint it something else later... why not!
