My mom is newly obsessed with Pinterest, so last night we made a couple recipes she had found.
Cauliflower French Fries - French fries are my weakness, so this is a healthy alternative. And yes, they really taste like french fries.
The Green Goddess Grilled Cheese Sandwich - Avocado, pesto, mozzerella, pesto, spinach and goat cheese, so delicious!

The grilled cheese looks so good - I will have to try that one. I don't really like cauliflower usually, but if they actually taste like french fries I might try them. Do you dip them in ketchup?
