Kale chips are actually easy to make.

I keep attempting to write posts, but I get stuck, or I go off on a tangent and then have trouble editing. Ah, writers block.

So for now, I want to share a super easy recipe for kale chips. They are not nearly as daunting to make as you may think.

Supplies: A bushel of kale, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp parmesan and 3 tbsp garlic

First wash your kale and cut off the stems. Then, make sure you dry the leaves thoroughly.

Next, mix your seasoning with your kale in a bowl, or a plastic bag.

Place the kale leaves on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Super easy! And less expensive than buying pre-made kale chips. Have you tried any recipes recently that have turned out better than expected? Please share!

  2. ooo garlic & parmesan! brilliant. we made some the other day with just lemon juice & sea salt - thought they'd be sorta bland, but they were SO fresh & delicious tasting!
